Ingredients

400g dried fruit mix
1 mug of hot black tea
2 mugs of self raising flour
1 beaten egg

 


Method

Soak the dried fruit overnight in the tea.
The next day mix all the ingredients together.
Place it into a loaf tin or a round cake tin.
Bake for 2 hours at 160 C/325 f or gas mark 3.
Serve hot or cold
