RECIPES - Pineapple Cake


Ingredients

Small tin of crushed pineapple
4oz butter
5oz soft brown sugar
2oz cherries
6oz sultanas
6oz raisins
2 eggs
8oz SR flour

8"-9" tin

 


Method

1. Place all ingredients (except flour and eggs) in a saucepan heat to melt the butter and sugar (don't boil).

2. Cool the mixture and add the eggs and flour.

3. Bake for 1 hour 40 minutes, 150C, Gas mark 2.
