RECIPES - Weetabix Loaf       


   Ingredients


  2 Weetabix
  2 cups of self raising flour
  1 cup of sugar
  1 cup of any dried fruit
  1 cup of milk


Method

Crush the Weetabix in a bowl, add the fruit and flour and mix thoroughly together with the milk. Add the mixture into a loaf tin

Bake in the middle of the oven for 55 minutes. (Gas mark 4, 350F/180C). Leave to cool, then serve.
